For less than $500, you get a 15.6-inch screen, a 750GB hard drive, 8GB of RAM, an AMD Quad-Core processor, and a free 16-inch lightweight carrying case. We haven't yet reviewed this laptop, so we can't attest to its quality, but the price is appealing.
